Choose to have 3 survivors help you: The mafia hitman, the inmate, and the doctor. If you want just one, you get the Mafia guy. No Fly Zone now active, so don't try to get off the islands... boats are disabled - though you can fix - and heli's are targetted. That will be the only time you see cops. There are other options such as thunderstorms, criminals, firebullets, adjustment of pedestrian and vehicle densities, destruction of traffic, the entire script toggles on/off, the cellphone is disabled, toggle the HUD on/off, refillable health and armor, and no more becoming infected and loosing control when you die. You end up at a hospital.

WAT VERSION SUPPORTS GTA IV 1.0.4.0 I HAD TO DOWNGRADE FOR MODS TO WORK

@M16ELITEZzZ Left 4 liberty versions won't work for 1.0.4.0, but after i get my L4LI v5.0 out i'm going to finish "Outbreak", which will be 1.0.4.0 compatible. I installed a second operation system / harddrive so i could have 1.0.4.0 to program it and test it.

@PreKilerCZE you can go to gta4-modsDOTcom , you'll find it under scripts... it will be current version 4.1. Otherwise go to gtagarageDOTcom to get older version 2.0 as posted above.
