The night opened with AWE owner Marc Waddell and his partner Michael Corvin addressing the crowd. Corvin announced that due to an injury he will not be fighting and is going to spend the evening sitting with the fans. The calm is soon interrupted as Criss the Sickness Draiven storms the ring. Stating his frustration regarding his lack of recognition, Draiven revealed that during a recent interview taping he attacked Diablo Dante and Randy Wisp hospitalizing them. As Corvin and Marc discuss the recent altercations, Diablo's brother Damien Dante introduced himself to the crowd. He swore revenge on Draiven but unable to control his rage Dante attacked him. Corvin and Marc were left to break them up. The only good news is now they have they're healine match!

First in the ring is newcomer Greco and William Wisp. The match was pretty one sided and aside from a few quick dodges, the masked Greco was no match for William. Greco went down for a 3-count after a devastating drop from Wisp. Greco had better step things up if he wants to continue to fight!

The second match featured special guests Q8Y Kid and the high-flyer from Ontartio, Air Canada Shane Stevens. This was a great match with 2 very technical fighters. Hopefully we see more from them. The match was pretty even as the crowd was treated to high-flying take-downs and lots of reversals. In the end Q8Y kids' manager, Keith Morrison, distracted the ref long enough for the Kid to hit Stevens with Keith's cane and take the match by pin-fall.

Next up the Awe Vampire in resident Raven Oryon was escorted to the ring my the diabolical Envy Merlon. His opponent was another newcomer to the AWE, Kyle Vinyard. Kyle fought his best but in the end he was no match for Oryon's raw power and was forced to submit. Raven held the hold though forcing the ref to reverse the decision, awarding the match to Kyle. Envy proceeded to warn everyone that this was only the beginning.

Another new face made his way to the ring. He was accompanied by 2 hired goons and said he went by "Nick Kash, with a K". He proceeded to inform the AWE management that this was their chance to add a real superstar to the roster. Should they refuse he would buy his way in or failing that his goons could ensure his spot on the roster.

Owner Marc Waddell entered with his partner Michael Corvin and asked if there was anyone backstage who wanted to give Nick Kash an audition. Seconds later fan-favourite Colton Train was making his way to the ring.

It was a hard-fought match that unfortunately ended with Nick Kash's goons distracting the ref and Colton long enough for Nick Kash to cash the "Blank Cheque" and pinning him for the win. If this wasn't bad enough, Logan and Grizzly continued to pummel Colton until finally General Duce came to his rescue. As the trio retreated Duce shouted that the Generals Army's sights were focused on them.

Next up was new fan-favourite Johnny Rage vs. Eric O'Connell accompanied by his manager The Immoral Bulk Hovey. Johnny rage had the crowd on the edge of their seats but once again things were interrupted. Raven Oryon returns to cause more problems he put Johnny Rage in a hold, but Eric O'Connell attacked him proving that there is no alliance. AWE Owner Marc Waddell and his partner Michael Corvin approached the ring and the action slowed to a halt. Marc warned that he doesn't want to see anymore of these interruptions. The Immoral Bulk Hovey defended O'Connell stating that they had nothing to do with the incident. Marc and Corvin decide to put the 3 of them in a triple threat for contender-ship for the title.

The last match of the night was the grudge match, Criss 'The Sickness' Draiven against Diablo Dante's little brother Damien. Damien was out for blood and kicked Draiven through the ropes taking the fight outside the ring before the match even began. This was an even match and the crowd was shown what the Dante family can really do! Newcomer Damien held is own until the very end. During a pin which may have won him the match, Draiven was distracted when Randy Wisp's music was played. Everyone waited for Randy Wisp to emerge but he did not, and while Draiven was distracted Dante got the pin.

Dante defeated Criss Draiven but it may only have been a result of the kind assistance of the AWE management. Or maybe it was the guy running the video. Or the guy who was supposed to bring the soda.
