Actually, I read on another youtube video of this that she's been to a few concerts and they've done it before. So, I bet it is sort of staged but not completely. I'm just waiting for my turn to get pulled up:(

I know I was like really? That must have been discussed before, maybe backstage or something. My hubby said that was staged it had to be.
