@k0smon That's not the same at all. Maybe if you wrote a book thousands of years ago and it had very precise prophecies in there and then thousands of years later they came true, then yes I would listen to your claims. And remember, the Bible is not just one book. It is 66 different books.

@k0smon The bible is written by man inspired by God. Jesus quoted scripture all the time, so He confirmed that it was authoratative and to be taken literally.

I saw this man in church in Rotterdam Holland telling exact same experience :) it was in december 2008. i even took notes that night so that i could compair it with this many reconstructions on youtbe

@verbw002 :::: Could it be that people bash the bible because it is wrong? Bart Ehrman says it is the word of man, not of God. Carlton Pearson says it is man's word about God and is not to be taken literally.

God is perfect, and does not have human failures such as envy or wrath. The bible cannot be trusted.
