this song is great, to my mind together with lost they're the two best songs on TU album. What's sad is that the songs I find best are the ones that are less promoted by WT..that has to mean something about WT's efforts to take a new music way...yeap, sad.

The person in front is Sinead, the 3 boys to the left are the Triplets, not sure who is on the right, and the woman in the background is Mother Maiden. The WTofficial channel has 3 short films about them. You should check them out.
