WANTED: passionate, energetic people to stand up for reproductive health and rights.
This video is funny, but the reality is not: women around the world face barriers to reproductive health care every single day. In some countries, women need their husband's consent to get birth control, can't count on their health care providers having necessary tests and medicines in stock, and regularly have to travel long distances for uncertain access to care. Share this video, and join us at www.pathfinder.org/notfunny to take a stand and make a difference.
What's the most challenging barrier to care? Use the comments below! Or tweet us @PathfinderInt with the hashtag #choicematters.

What's wrong with people??? This argument of "let's fix our own before we even try to help others that are more needy." How about we approach these issues from a universal HUMAN perspective as opposed to a country centered one.

Rights? What about the women in this country who can't go to a doctor because of no health care and making to much for government care? Now they get fined for not having care..... sure, its terrible that around the globe some people don't have our level of access, but there like here, it is always a matter of money and class. I have a friend who couldn't even get stitches taken out once they were put in at an er because she lacks health care and a dr wanted 350 dollars to remove them. In AMERICA

No, you're racist because you define the problem in relation to the color of people's skin. This is about PEOPLE who have access to resources helping PEOPLE who don't. And a lot of the reason that we're able to do this is because we're benefitting from a globalized economic system that relies on our economies getting wealthier by using the natural and human resources of the countries we're talking about. If you don't want to help, then don't, but spare us your racist and paranoid rants...

Last time I checked humans were animals and sex was a natural and healthy activity to partake in. There is no time of the month women can't get pregnant - That's a myth. Sperm can survive in the body for four days. Maybe if you bothered to read a few scientific studies, you'd know some actual facts. Try controlling your ignorance.

There is a very cheap and extremely accessible contraceptive for women out there; it's called abstinence. God forbid you have to actually control yourself rather than give into all your sexual urges like an animal. If women knew anything about their own bodies they would realize that there is actually a time of the month that they can't get pregnant.

That's not an argument. That's an admission of no argument.

Oh dear, this is terrible! Let me guess, the only solution is to tax white people to fix non-white people's problems? What if white people don't want to fix other people's problems? Oh wait, I'm forgetting, white people have no choice, if we don't rescue everyone else we're racist and you'll call us all sorts of names. Well, then I supposed we'd better do what you tell us to do otherwise you're going to riot and murder us. Feel the love humanity!

Shoot this was my experience at the doctor this week. My regular physician couldn't get me in for weeks and the urgent care told me they couldn't do anything but direct me to my regular physician. Meanwhile I'm in b control limbo.
