The filmmakers where accompanying theLiechtenstein national football team through the qualifying round of the European Championship 2008 and where following the individual players through their everyday lives away from the pitch: family discussions round the kitchen table, the
planning of careers, visits at the workplace, the events and discussions on the way to the away games, the manager's spirited pep talk before the kick-off, the excitement in the stadiums of Europe and the celebrations after the rare wins.
