You have any idea on how much the moon is tired to how the earth works? It's not just a floating rock. It is a PART of earth just like blowing up the earths surface has bad effects. So would blowing up the moons.

i agree, its very bad if we do this to the earth....looks cool though - so why dont we just do it to the moon instead? pick a nice clear night so we can all sit back and watch a good old fashioned nuclear holocaust?

do you know that the temperature in a fusion reactor is about 5 times as high as the temperature of the sun ? :)... about 100 000 000 °C :D
