@mario6515 its GTA III, Vice City, Vice City Stories, Liberty City Stories, and San Andreas. these are all parts of GTA III with different timelines. GTA IV and its episodes are brand new chapters to the GTA franchise.

to mcrrockstoutloud123 this is what happend after, in san andreas catalina left cj 4 claude... then they went 2 liberty city following what just hapend nOw.... i was confused tOo until i played san andreas agen and heard Catalina Say she was gOing 2 Liberty city with Claude... then i remembrd dat San Andreas is supposed to b set in 1992

Nope you've got it a bit jumbled up there.
In San Andreas (1992) CJ dates (unintentionally) Catalina, after various events, CJ dumps Catalina (unintentionally) which makes her start seeing someone who can satisfy her crazy homicidal personality. Claude fits that description, in an argument between CJ and Catalina after a race, she tells him that she and Claude are moving to Liberty City, where 9 years later Catalina betrays Claude by shooting him, seen here. Basically SA is a prequel to this.
