Coach He is the former coach of the National Chinese Style Wrestling Shuai-Jiao Team and winner of International Wushu Championship Chinese Wrestling Shuaijiao Heavyweight Division in San Jose, California USA,2006.

Coach He Guanda is my coach. Temple city is located in Los Angeles. His english is improving and chengbuaguadude is right about not having to fully understand chinese to get what he's doing. It does help to speed things up if you do understand though.
