• There are wraiths and other undead creatures in the Umar Hills, awoken by some great evil. (True)
• The Cyricists of the Towers of the Eternal Eclipse intend to launch a campaign of devastation against... someone. (False)
• The church of Ilmater in the slums is run by a slaver. (Partly True)
• The Crooked Crane tavern in the gates district is home to a lich. (True)
• There's been talk of drow being seen in the graveyard district at night. (False)
• The feud between the priests of Lathander and the priests of Talos in Athkatla is about to spill out into a great civil war. (True)
• The Cowled Wizards will soon be arresting divine spellcasters. (False)
• Lehtinan fixes his gladiatorial fights. (True)
• Hendak (Lehtinan's prize gladiator) is Lehtinan's brother. (False)
• The Cowled Wizards will shortly be increasing the fee for a magical license to 10,000 gold. (True)
• The city guard are slowly being bought off by the Zhentarim, as the organisation from the east wishes to make aggressive inroads into Amn. (False)
• One of the Council of Six is a member of the Shadow Thieves. (True)
• People who go to the docks alone at night often disappear. Word is that the Rundeen are collecting slaves. (True)
• Riatavin and Trailstone are planning on defecting to Tethyr. (True)
• Baldur's Gate to the north intends to declare war on Amn soon, and their armies are already starting to filter through the Cloud Peaks. (False)
• They say that the Cowled Wizards lock their prisoners away in the Ethereal Plane. (False)
• I heard that one of the leaders of the Cowled Wizards is something called an Incantifier... Apparently they drain the magical energy from people and items in order to sustain their lives. (False)
• Pirates from the Nelanther Isles have been intercepting all ships heading to and from Maztica. Amn is planning on increasing the size of its navy to combat the pirates. (True)
• A blightlord in the service of Talona has been attacking farms and villages near Trademeet. It's said that some foul disease is spreading across Amn, and it'll soon hit Athkatla. (True)
• The ruins of five towers have recently been discovered in the Cloud Peaks, and adventurers from all over Amn have been setting out to explore these ancient structures. (True)
