Head Sores scalp folliculitis

Is this scalp folliculitis? These sores seem to come and go. No doctor has been able to prescribe anything that works. They start out as pimples then explode into these things.

This is caused by some type of bacteria. Get Apple Cider Vinegar. Use undiluted on a cotton ball, I believe that will help you.

You can apply several times during the day.

@asad15146 Same here! I was prescribed Doxycycline, which I stopped taking because I was warned that extended use could damage my liver. Didn't want anything else but alcohol consumption destroying my liver. ;-) I was also prescribed Nizoral shampoo. That didn't work worth a damn! Lucky Tiger Ointment did the trick for me. I just apply it whenever I start getting that itchy feeling and that takes care of it. Hope this helps.

I have these same scalp sores and they do come and go. Lucky Tiger Ointment works wonders for me whenever they start flaring up. I no longer get the pus, bleeding and scabbing over cycle that was common prior to using Lucky Tiger. I'm sure if you google it you can find someone in your area who sells it. I think I paid $5 or $6 each for two 4 oz. jars a few years ago and the 2nd jar is still almost full! So it's very inexpensive, very effective and lasts a very long time. Hope this helps.

My 26 year old son had folliculitis decalvans. Seems to be localized scurvy essentially. High-dose vitamin C cured it. He dissolves about 25 grams of vitamin C crystals in a water bottle and sips it all day long. Cathcart's paper on titrating to bowel tolerance should be studied as well. My son's follicles stopped clumping and the non-scarred scalp fully recovered. Initially, I treated the infection nightly slathering on Manuka honey). That did wonders on the scale.
