Hmm - a sort of manlier version of Richard Simmons and his workouts. (And only Americans will understand that comparison).
This must be the only aerobic exercise routine where the participants are in danger of potentially chopping off their foot. That adds to the adreneline and gets the heart pumping faster, which of course is the goal in the first place.
