The Bill saved 2 million jobs, prevented states and communities fro laying off teachers and cops, and invested in infrastructure and technology like a smart grid. It was $780 Billion and $380 Billion of it was tax cuts for 95% of Americans. They was not pork. Using bank repayments to help small businesses is another great step. GOP will again say No. They would lift a hand to clean their mess.
