There was a computer hardware part lying around - may be some motor's revolving portion. It has a nylon-plastic bearing. So I thought of repurposing it into this. Just cut up a circular stiff and light plastic sheet and stuck up at the exact centre with a piece of rubbery sticky material. Have put it up in the garden where there is good flow of breeze. Even a light breeze will turn the fan! It is one of my ideas in the 'Trash to Treasure' project I find every now and then! The actual counter-clockwise rotation is not seen in this movie due to what is called 'Wagon-wheel effect".
