just download exe file extension fix and there boom just do what it says and it works again

Thanks alot mate, I recomend anyone who can follow instuctions and take a bit of iniciative to do it..... it works!. mine wasn't under exactly what he says but under classes you'll find something that shouldnt fit in.... (you know the programs on yor computer).. and to bring up the regestry people...
Start menu.... Run.......
type in ........... regedit Easy! I hope ;-) oh.. and same when you go into local disc etc.. something should stand out abnormaly.. :-)

well this worked forthe 2011 one... but now I cant anything some of my system 32 items are missing.. lol

Well there a problem now, with the new internet security xp 2011, you cant run regedit. Nor go in safe mode. Nor do ANYTHING.

It says "regedit" in the part 3 thing, this stupid moron didnt leave it on for long enough for us to see...
this is what i have but i didn't understand part three how do you get on registry editor

@Dazmo95 If you go into HKEY_USERS, one of the folders under there will be for your account...probably one of the ones with a long name of numbers and letters like "S-1-5-21-...". Open this up and look under the Software folder, then look in the Classes folder inside Software. If you find folders named .exe and secfile, deleted them.
