@FORDGTFANATIC It's just a Nash Statesmen, built by Nash, Studebaker made their own cars not anyone else's. In terms of monetary value they aren't terribly valuable, most orphan cars are not, orphan meaning that the company no longer exists. They are however quite interesting cars, if you can get one for free it's worth playing with just as a hobby if you like the car, as long as it's complete and not too rough, but you can't retire after selling one.

do you happen to know if a 1953 Studebaker nash statesman super is worth anything? i happened to come across one that some lady will give me its not in great condition but its in good condition to restore

Bob just listened to your story and loved it. My Dad had a 51 V-8 Stude Commander when I was a kid. It was a four door and grey in color. Have it on our old home movies. Asked Dad years later about the Stude and he said "should have bought the 6". Lots of happy miles to you!!
