Somewhere along the line, WCW decided to turn these women into wrestlers . . . and hence, the idea to turn models and pro football cheerleaders into "Divas" and "Knockouts" was born. The ladies were hot, but this is the reason that pathetic workers like Kelly Kelly, Candace Michelle, Cherry, Maria Kanellis, Stacy Keibler, Alicia Fox, Eve Torres, Torrie Wilson, etc, were allowed to become wrestlers. BTW - Nitro Girl "Fyre" (Rebecca Curci) is now married to Shawn Michaels.
