@Millz606 Floyds not dictating the sport, he's dictating his own career there's a big difference. Floyd's not forcing anyone to do anything. Floyd Mayweather has every right in the world to ask anyone who wants to step into the ring with him to undergo the testing. If they don't want to take the test they don't fight Floyd, it's that simple. The commission can't supply reliable styles of testing that are up to date, so in reality what Floyds doing is better for boxing.
