Decided to swap my little 5.5HP Honda engine for a 16HP vanguard twin cylinder Briggs and Stratton. All of this took basically a night and a day. Needs a better pull start, and a muffler of course... which will increase speed. Pretty good overall since it was sitting on a shelf for over a year.

  • @ak47proshooter I totally agree regarding power loss by removing the "muffler" (expansion chamber) on a two stroke engine. Four stroke engines produce more power when tuned for an unmuffled exhaust.

  • @CrudeDude A muffler is really important for an engine, it can change the powerband slightly like if i took it off a 2 stroke dirtbike it'd loose power.

  • @thegreatcornholyio Fuck my gay what?

  • @VertigoOp "Wider exhaust" was not what was mentioned. It was said that installing a muffler will increase speed, which is exactly wrong. You remove the muffler to increase speed. Duh!

  • @CrudeDude a wider exhaust will allow more ''exhaust" to flow faster instead of a tiny exhaust restricting airflow. try blowing air through a tiny tube then through a bigger one, which one is easier?

  • ramstein?

  • does it have the flu???
