@mesozoicisland22 you dont have to be! get the student versions, i did. they have no limitations whatsoever! except for a 3 year expiration date. the reason why is that autodesk is trying to get younger people intrested in vfx familiar with their software so that when when they get a job their companies buy it

that was amazing for poser, but if your serious about 3d modeling you should shy away from poser and get on a more proffesional platform like 3ds max or c4d, or if youv got the nuts even maya :)

@passtheyoggurt I once had a student version of Maya so I'm familiar with the interface, however, the more impressive results are produced with the more expensive programs and renders like with Maya or 3Ds Max, and I'm not rich lol so Poser was really the only option I had that produced semi-decent results. Perhaps in the future I'll move on, but for now I'm here with Poser lol but thank you for the advice!
