@MarkJoseph4 In a sad sign of the times Shreddies are now knitted by enslaved grandmothers as it is deemed safer for the public, lending even more credence to the term "a nanny state".

Likely answer :
One child died from a severe abdominal hemorrhage when his brother beat him on the stomach with spoons for three hours after the former stated he was hungry.
The brother later stated "I don't understand, the blue cartoon monster didn't appear with a bowl of cereal!" he is now incarcerated at a mental institution with similar cases who had siblings mauled by tigers or stung to death by swarms of bees in a quest for fibre fun.
