Just some video from one of our training sessions with a few extra clips thrown in. Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy has Austin's only Kettlebell, Clubbell and strongman gym. Group classes and private training are available.

Are you kidding me? I was just in Austin for SXSW and thought the best your town had was Hyde Park Gym, where I taught a workshop but also had to deal with some real pricks.
I'll be there next year as well. Hope you guys are around.
