Another Day As A Jonas Chapter 30

"I can't believe she never showed up." I said to Kate as her, Autumn and I sat outside the bowling alley.
"She probably got caught up in the moment, I mean she was with Austin Davis." Kate reasoned with me as she ate her sour gummy worms. "You can ride with us, I can drive you home." She finished as she tucked her hair behind her ear.
"Thanks Kate." I smiled, even though Kate has been a cheerleader longer than Michelle or even Kendra she was pretty nice.

The next morning I woke up by my phone, I patted my hand on my nightstand until I found it. "Hello." I mumbled still half asleep. "Jane I should've never went with Austin." It was Michelle and she didn't sound so well. "Michelle what's wrong?" I asked concerned as I sat up.
"It was those nachos they made me sick. I've been throwing up since I got home last night, that's why I didn't show I had to go home." As Michelle was telling me this I got up out of my bed and slipped on my converse. "Don't apologize I'm coming over."
"Jane you can't you have to go to the car wash today. You have to see Austin all wet and hot." Michelled told me, she was right I couldn't bail on the cheerleaders and football players and plus I had to see Austin all wet. "Plus my vomiting is sub siding I'm basically healthy." She added.
"Well if you insist." I joked and hung up. I changed my clothes, put my hair in a pony tail and went downstairs.

"What are you doing up so early?" Nick asked as he poured himself a cup of coffee.
"What are you doing up so early?" I shot the question right back at him.
"Well if you must know I'm going to Danela's this morning we're going to the beach and have a "morning jog" she likes to call it. Then I'm having dinner with Jesal." Nick told me as he sat down at the kitchen table and sat his cup and plate down.

"You. Running. You hate running or anything to do with exercising. She's going to kill you. Plus Jesal's house what her dog like attacks you or something? I can't wait until this blows up in your face." I laughed as I took his bagel and walked out of the door.

"Hey Jane." I turned around to see Austin even in a white shirt and navy blue gym shorts he looked hot. I swallowed trying to get rid of the imaginary clumps clogging my throat. "Hi." I squeeked out.
"Where's Michelle?" My heart sunked when she asked out her, sure she was my best friend but still.
"Oh she's sick." I told him, I watched his face fall a little when I told him that. "Well do you like the charity?" He asked as he put his hands in his pockets. I thought about it, the charity was about saving the enviroment which I was all for one hundred percent.
"Yeah, I'm glad someone cares about the enviroment instead of just the new episode of Gossip Girl."
The comment made Austin chuckle and he agreed with me.

"Cool, I picked it out I guess I'm not the only one. I just want my kida and their kids to see a polar bear or see snow." Austin explained, I swear he's amazing.

I didn't know it then but something was coming that would change us both.
