Schapelle Corby song- Tara Hack New York city

Tara Hack is an independent singer/song writer from Long Island New York. In September of 2008 Tara approached her two producers Jack & Joe Napoli with an idea she had for a song. Jack & Joe own a recording studio called Cloud 9 Recording. They produced Taras first CD entitled See you soon. This time Tara wanted to write a song telling the story of Schapelle Corby, an innocent person from Australia who is suffering in the hell of an Indonesian prison cell.

Schapelle went to Indonesia on a holiday and was arrested there because the Indonesian officials found a 10 lb. bag of pot in her boogie board bag. She did not receive a fair trial. The pot was destroyed along with any other evidence that may have proven her innocence. She was sentenced to serve 20 years for a crime she did not commit!

This terrible crime touched the heart and sole of Tara Hack. She decided to take up a campaign to help tell Schapelles story. But this was no ordinary story and as such it called for a song that had to be extraordinary.

Tara, Jack & Joe met in the Cloud 9 recording control room to begin work on the song. Twenty-four hours later they had written a song entitled Saya Tidak Bersalah - which is Indonesian for Im not guilty. These were the last words Schapelle spoke before she was taken away to do 20 horrific years in an Indonesian prison.

Once the song was completed the next step was to put together a video. This video follows Tara from one end of Manhattan Island to the other, spreading the word about Schapelle. It was directed by Jack & Joe Napoli or as they have come to be known, the Cloud 9 Team. This is the first in a series of videos that will be released to help bring world wide attention to Schapelles plight.

Aussies know what happened to her. The problem is, they have all been brainwashed by a relentless smear campaign. The Aussie media constantly spreads lies about her, trying to convince everyone she is guilty. Unfortunately, most people here trust the media and believe the crap. Thanks for posting this video.
