Not surprised, people suck, humanity is a disappointment. Also, city folk are just like that. They don't care about anything except their smart phones and their lattes. Fuck the city. There should be signs entering any city saying "enter at your own risk." I grew up in VA and used to take the metro to D.C. all the time growing up to see bands play and to buy alcohol because nobody cards there. Screw that place. I stopped drinking & I never go to D.C. anymore. I'm over it. Those people suck.

@akdyer03 Yeah, it looks bad, but CHeights and Mt Pleasant have guys laying there passed out drunk all the time. I've checked before and I'm sure I'll check again, but its always the same, just some dude zonked out on his medicine.

First of all it is DC and second poor areas like columbia heights it is pretty common for people to drink smoke and lay near sidewalks so who is going to check whether one is alive or not?
