Daniel Lazar, probably the best romanian male singer, have recorded in the week just ended Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. By submitting an especially remarkable and personal interpretation, as he always do, Daniel Lazar proposes his own aproach for this christmas tune, thus entering into an impressive list of names that they have this single in repertoires.

In '44, Judy Garland was singing for the first time "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" in the musical Meet Me in St. Louis, and a bit later, in '57, Frank Sinatra ended the lyrics and introduce in the album A Jolly Christmas the version that we all know it today. Since then have sang it memorable - Ella Fitzgerald in '60, Bing Crosby in '62, '65 Andy Williams, Barbra Streisand in '67, in '95 Luther Vandross, Christina Aguilera in 2000, in 2002 Brian McKnight, Whitney Houston In 2003, Katie Melua in 2006, Babyface in 2008 ... and the list goes on.

You could say that everything was told about the interpretation for "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" but Daniel Lazar proves otherwise and brings a new breath of aproaching. This is the best gift the artist makes to his fans and all who know him, especially since a lot of people expect new studio recordings, not only concerts and live recordings.
