I believe they were Ace and Lady bell peppers. This was a very good year for peppers.

wow how did u get those pepper plants that size and what variety of them did u use?. when i tried peppers for first time i didnt do that well. but this year i wont try as many peppers but will try and get them to work.

Well this all depends on the variety of cabbage you are starting. Most seed packets will tell you on the back how early you should start them. Some varietys are ready for harvest in 60 days and others as many as 100 days or more. I live in Maine and no whear you are coming from when you want to get the most of your growing season. Thanks for watching. Cant wait to see your garden. Tammie

I was wondering if you start your cabbages in the house and if so when should I start mine this year, I haven't grown any before and I have seen videos of people starting them in the house. I live in Vermont we have to start many things indoors to get a good head start, as it is so cold for so long. Thanks for your help and I love your videos, maybe this summer I will do some of my own.
I live in Gardiner, we're neighbors :) Next week or so were gonna throw in our cold crops. My husband and I love how you did your garden with the mounds of dirt...i think we may try that this year. Thank you for posting these great videos and i'll be sure to keep you updated on how my garden grows..i can't wait to see your progress for 2010.

So far so good,(besides yesterday when you could see your breath outside) but it's still way to early to tell if Mother Nature will turn on us, us hobby farmers deserve a nice growing season, my chickens rarely laid last year cause it was always so cloudy and yuck out. where abouts are you in ME? I'm about 8 miles south of Disgusta.

@shaynapalmer26 Yes has been a bit chilley out and is still to early for some plants for the garden. I live in Farmingdale just south of Augusta, But the garden is in Randolph.

@shaynapalmer26 Thank you. Last year was an awful year for me to. Along with the rain i had a ground hog doing damage to everything. Hope we get the weather we need this year.
