You clearly don't know how congress works. You wonder what "All the various bills in congress" means and refer to reform as "ObamaCare." Obama is not in charge of policy making. He has simply given congress guidelines on the ends that he wants (lower cost, cover everybody) and he has expressed an infinite amount of times that the means to that end are flexible.Congress puts forth various bills to committees that are revised or compiled until agreement is made. Does that clear things up?

Obamacare is a tax. This is how it works. You have to get health insurance whether you can afford it or not. Obama talks about car insurance, but i don't have to have that. I can choose not to drive! I digress, so you have to spend money on health insurance, if you don't you'll be fined, either way you pay. But if you still refuse to pay, you will eventually be jailed and levies placed on your paychecks by the IRS. Government accomplishes all of its goals through theft and violence.
