I think this video was altered. I think someone changed an "R" to a "W" to try to slam FOX News for making a joke about Frank's speech impediment. Look at the periods, they're in the exact place they would be if the centered line began with "Rep". If it really began with "Wep." then the periods would be aligned.
You don't have to alter a video clip from FOX News to make them look like a bunch of biased idiots. Anyone with half a brain can figure that out after watching them a few times.

The posting of videos on youtube and other sites is important as it shows what FOX News does in thier own words. In the past such things would disappear and it could be written off as not being heard correctly. FOX News portrays their "news" as being truly Fair and Balanced however this happens quite often so their news is slanted and thier opinion shows are slanted as well. Begging the question what is news if they do not try to simply bring the facts to the viewer? This is why we post.
