@choclatdrop16 Because Apple want compensation for EVERYTHING that is used with their product. They are an awesome brand that have worked hard but the reality is, people pay for the I brand because it's all synchronised media. You can achieve the same thing with generic branding for a fraction of the cost. In your case, go MP3.
