Crazy that developers decided to be part of the mainstream console era :(. Now games that are in pc are all using the console engine, so there's no speciality in having a super pc anymore.

It's a shame because these days are differend from 2007. 2006 was the revolution of it. Now it's crazy, but there's nothing to use it with.

i got this for the xbox, and damn, to me it looks better with the CryEngine 3. This looks like low settings to me after playing the crysis on xbox.

well partly true, as a nvidia fan I have to admit that 590 has ridiculous power consumption and heat problems... people have had their regular 590's just breaking down, no shit... sure it's powerfull but too powerfull for it's own good, and in 99% of the games 6990 beats 590 with tens of frames. Is quiter, cooler and cheaper but more powerfull

@TheDiamond123123 If i would have a full age and a job , i woudnlt care about the price , i could just easily earn the money , collect some of it for the Computer and done ! but HD 6990 is mostly the same as GTX 590 , each is ''unique'' in their own games and sides

The new ATi radeon 6990 is superior to gef590 and it costs like 70 bucks less. But sure that card is relatively expensive. But That is the only truly expensive part, the 3dcard. Now days motherboard covers soundcard and ethernet card, so you only buy a motherboard, cpu and some kind of harddrive and memorie. You can still buy a "super high end" with under 1500 euros... it's kinda expensive but to think it has all the best tech it's kinda good price :/

@TheDiamond123123 I know a lot of computers and what i meant on ''super high end '' computers i mean the newest tech , which does cost a lot , like a GTX 590 for 600$ lol .But for me , i don't need that bullshit . Why ? For example , because of my resolution that is 1280x1024 max ! So i don't need to spend that much just a decent CPU and a good graphics card for a good price , a good PSU and i'm all set ! :) It really depens on many factors on what and how are you going to work with your pc !

"Super high end computers" are relatively cheap now days because since 2006 they have been made differently, so basicly all the computer systems are good atleast, but if you want "super high end" pc it doesn't cost that much more if you think of it.

@TheDiamond123123 Yes , but come to think of it , do you think that everyone can afford some high end/super end computers ? I think not , but still they could make games different for PC , but not with freaking high requirements
