Haylie - Autism

Haylie doesn't play with dolls or children & she will scream or laugh when her frustration with life confuses her. She eats pop cycles (1 in each hand) & dorita chips which she licks, bacon & lots of Ketchup. She sits on the potty with her feet in the bowl shoes & all. Haylie climbs on everything without fear & loves showers, sprinklers & rocks. Her birthday is Feb 4th & she will be three when she starts school in March of '08. She will talk for hours in her special language & will take your hand & lead you out of the room when you say no. She is our Autistic Angel & we love her. We hope you watch & learn about autism ... we learn something new each day 24/7.

I thank people that commented to this video. The one with the roses was so beautiful. Haylie is a beautiful little girl. She may have problems, but she is a gift from God.

I have a mild ASD called Aspergers Syndrome. Let's see if we can embrace neurodiversity.

John ... my goal is to present Haylie in a manner that others who, may think they're alone, can see the beauty that lies within the simple acts autistic children can bless them with. After raising 5 (normal) healthy children ... Haylie is making our life better as we learn from her everyday about the things we take for granted ... she has progressed to the point that she has a great hunger for new words & school ... she will be 4 in Feb. She sees a nutritionist & speech therapist weekly.

I used to be like that when I was younger, I actually used to scream loud whenever barney that dinosaur came on as what my mum had told me, thinking about it now, soooooo embarrassing....

Kaylie is such a blessing and I can certainly tell just by looking at her that she has good chances of having a future ahead of her =] bless

Thank you for your reply. I have really enjoyed the video where she has picked flowers, made bouquets, showed fascination with nature. But this is a good video. I have a music crusade that till recently was centered much on healthcare crisis. Now,upon finding I have Aspergers I am trying to reach out Autism Awareness and reach out to autistic community in my music. Haylie is very precious.
