Taming Deth'Tilac

Hardscoped (Redshirt/Biohazards) being the first hunter on the realm of Ghostlands (US) to tame Deth"Tilac, the hardest spider to tame since 4.2.
- How we did this -
- Well first of all, if your going to tame Deth"Tilac you have to know that every time he is snared, he will turn randomly to any melee ranged enemy and cast "Deth Strike". The hunter should always use deterrence while running past him because it will one shot you.
- Secondly, You should also know that due to his buff called "Deth Metal" He begins to walk slower the more damage you do to him, the idea is alot of damage fast!
- And Lastly, You must know that he has a buff on him that doesn't allow him to be tamed until around 20-25%. Its ideal to have some friends helping you, because THIS spider, has 77 MILLION health. Happy Hunting =)

i had tamed myself this guy but somehow from how it went i stole mine from others

So, I just lvled a hunter to 85 for the first time this week and I just solo tamed this beast this morning in 2 attempts.. Pretty easy if you have 5 other pets you can send in to eat the Deth Strikes.

I just abandon the first 4 then keep reviving the last one until Deth’Tilac gets low in heath then abandon the last one and tame away.. Shame Deth’Tilac caught me off guard, I was carrying my Terrorpene with me and had to abandon him to get the tame.. Quicker than reviving one pet but not by much.

so i pulled him back to the npc guards and they put a real beat down on him was abel to tame hem solo with no prob that way XD

I tamed it with 3 people last night. Took me 4 tries. Even horde came to help. And I was like literally 5 health left after all little spiderz attacking and someone yelled TAME. And I tamed and tamed and it came close to me right in my face and I'm like fuck man I am not gonna make it and on the last half a second before tame was over it strikes and kills me and I am like FUCK! But the someone said check if you has it. So I did and I did. Dame!

Pretty sure they call these pets "challenges" for a reason. Requiring the assistance of other people takes away said challenge. But I guess when you sound like a faggot on vent, then anything goes.

Man, man, man. You will need your pet for that!

Simply send your pet out, it dies, revive, etc. Always back again hollow.

So you get the spider quickly.

Every time your pet dies, the spider loses at life. ;)
