Emilie Autumn - Time For Tea [new song] @ Kansas City 1/25/12 Fight Like A Girl Tour

Emilie Autumn, new song... during the Fight Like A Girl Tour at The Beaumont Club in Kansas City on 1/25/12 - first show of the new tour. I snagged a set list from one of the guys breaking down the set after and I am pretty sure this song is "Time For Tea" based on where I think I remember it falling in the order. Since it is from the yet-to-be-released FLAG album I am not entirely sure.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but mostly her new songs look like with less ideas than from Opheliac... >.> I mean, her music is great, but lyrics became a little shallow sometimes. >.>

OH MY GOD, this is so much much better than what I expected, Emilie is only getting better, now I can't wait for the new album to come out!!

@LivingWithLies You think so. i think what i think still. Her past lyrics weren't "cheesy". They were deep. They had something in mind so that you could think about it. From her new songs i prefer Take the pill the most, for exmpl. Being aggressive doesn't mean that you have to be without something deeper.

Just because her lyrics aren't coated full of cheesy metaphors doesn't mean they are shallow. Straight forward, blunt lyrics suit more aggressive songs better.
