Welcome to Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley.

Our new waterfront campus is located along the shores of the Ottawa River in the City of Pembroke, Ontario approximately 140 km. northwest of downtown Ottawa. We're surrounded by beautiful countryside, forests, lakes and rivers--the perfect location for some of the most exhilarating outdoor programs on earth.

Our new facility will house approximately 1,000 full-time students, in programs that are unique to our campus such as Outdoor Adventure, Outdoor Adventure Naturalist Co-op, Forestry Technician, Radiation Safety and a new program for the fall of 2012--Environmental Technician. We also offer a wide variety of full- and part-time programs in Business, Technology, Health, and Community Studies as well as numerous Continuing Education and Corporate Training courses.

We have been part of the Ontario College system since its inception in 1967 and for the past four decades we have trained thousands of graduates who now work all over the world.
