Develop and build a lean muscluar arm with this tricep exercise that targets the all the heads of the triceps. This exercise is a great way to tone and define the arms, or if you increase the weight so you hit failure with fewer repetitions it becomes a great muscle building exercise.

  • The first move will also work the lats, and since you are hyperextending your humerus, it will work the rear delt some too I think.

    Good way to tense and shorten and pump the tricep to get it warmed up I think.
