I love the way the appraiser is so moved by the piece! If you love and understand art, you'll understand his emotion at seeing something so beautifully done and so rare. True art IS rare.

She looks like a real hayseed. She won't sell it. She'll probably bring it back home. It's more valuable to her as as door stop to hold open the door to the chicken coop so her laying hens can peck around the yard on a sunny day.

@SZRD True art is rare. What in the world is that supposed to mean?

@51Saffron Sad but true.

@lazerpod66 That's not very nice. You can't tell what anyone is like on TV.

@MmmCouchPotato I agree, she probably has the I.Q of a kettle, but I really like the reaction of the appaiser....

Omg that's a lot!

If I owned that..and Lark started to cry..I would have cried with him. She didn't seem the least bit moved.

that piece is soooooooooooo undervalued!!! From year 500-800 AD?!? At least a million dollars!
For some reason, I really don't like this lady. She comes off as very arrogant.

@MmmCouchPotato What I saw was someone who probably doesn't have much money and didn't want to seem too eager when she found out the value.
"Well, I'm not going to sell it, but...." Yeah, I'm selling the HELL out of this thing.
