Video shown for the 100th Year Anniversary (1904-2004) of the Bahá'í Faith in Glendale, CA at a gala dinner event held at the Glendale Hilton Hotel for over 100 dignitaries and guests; including the mayor and chief of police, clergy of other faiths, and Bahá'ís from Glendale and surrounding communities. Using narration and historical photos, the presentation shows how the Bahá'í community of Glendale came to be established by utilizing references to local, national and worldwide events as they coincided in history. Special thanks to: The Glendale Public Library and Historical Society (for information and photos); the Sevilla-Schall family (for Charlotte's interview); Lee Nehlsen and Jan Stevens Huang (writers); Babak Sapir (for computer assistance); and voice actors Nabil Jurney (as Thornton Chase), Addie Daddio (as Loretha Beckett), and Lois Willows (as Charlotte Schall). © 2004 Local Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Glendale, CA , USA.
