Two student-designed spacecraft, each not much bigger than a child's toy block, will fly on a NASA suborbital sounding rocket between 6 and 9 a.m. (EST), March 11, from NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. Known as cubesats, the spacecraft designed by Kentucky and California college students will gather information that could be applied to future small Earth orbiting space vehicles.
FYI - Three universities will launch their cubesats on a NASA / LSP rocket in about 6 weeks on Feb 23rd.
Google "NASA ELaNa" to learn more or watch the Feb 22nd webcast.

At 0 it was just a vibration test in the horizontal axis. You wouldn't see much except the payload shaking around, but it does tend to get pretty loud as you notice everyone wearing hearing protection.
