Alberto from Boston here. I've been meaning to ask you. Do you have to keep a high action because the bow makes the string hit the frets? Also, what fret wire do you use, small medium, tall? These really sound so cool. Thanks for the replies.

How long would you say would it take a guitar player to get used to the bow?

sounding great even thru the youtube compression and it's black - that's $200 extra just for the coolness!!! (at least that's what Steve Jobs would do......)

absolutely magnificent. you sir are brilliant to make such fine instruments. maybe someday i will be blessed to own one, or they'll be so common everyone will have one.

Alberto,
The action is not as high as it looks, although compared to guitar maybe a little. I set them up delicately compared to cello and cringe when someone really throttles it hard with no dynamic sense -- same goes for guitar. If that is the case, then up it goes ... I'll be putting out newer vids of the electro. This one is the prototype.
