The joke is that a guy named "Who" is first baseman, a guy named "What" is second baseman and a guy named "I Don't Know" is third baseman. The guy who is confused by the players' names asks, "What's your name?" and the third baseman says, "I don't know." The man who is confused thinks the third baseman doesn't know his own name when, in fact, his name is "I Don't Know" and the position he plays in baseball is third base,
