this is me marking my journey to weight loss going from 250lbs to currently 173lbs as of 9/11/2011. I am looking forward to reaching my ultimate weight goal of being anywhere between 130-140lbs no later than Jan 2012. I started my Journey Jan 2010 but got real serious with no slacking Feb 2010 because as I looked in the mirror, I did not like the face or body I was seeing, My stomach was far from being a little fat it was showing through the shirts for heavier women I wore and I hated going shopping, in my live I was never that big so I decided to change my life with diet and vigorous exercise. The results were slow at first and once I lost all the weight around Dec 2010 I never gained it back but got comfortable and slacked on working out. About early June 2011 I weighed myself and the number was the same but I felt fat still and notice my stomach area not as flat as I liked so I began my strict workout plan again with my same diet as before early August 2011. I am not perfect and still got more to go, however I am very proud of where I am today and can say I like what I see now than what I saw b4. At times I wanted to give up, I kept pushing and I am still pushing because I know as I continue it will just keep getting better and I will reach my ultimate goal to love what I see. So I hope this inspires you, weight loss is very hard and it takes time so u have 2b persistent and determined, most of all patient do not get discouraged . People will see changes before you do. I eat about 900-1200 calories per day depending on circumstances and I workout 6times a week for about 45min to 90mins straight total body workout using taebo dvd's resistance bands, wrist weights, balance bar etc. you name it i probably got it. The last three pictures are me as of today 9/11/11. My stomach may not be as flat as I would like but I can tell u I would rather have the stomach I have now than what I had b4 and I will keep working at it. This is a major stubborn area for me but If I can do it you can. keep pushing
Congrats on your weight loss so far that is awesome! I just started my journey recently, and I am having a little bit of a hard time getting things going...may I asked what worked for you?

@ColeyReinvented 2make it short and sweet vigorous daily workouts, strict dieting cutting out everything i loved, snacks, fast food, substituting w/salads,fruits,honey bunches of oats, water only. I cut out all other beverages. I did a major life change seriously. Im here if u need we can do it 2gether. 10months 4the first 70lbs let me see if I can get the next 30-45lbs in 6-7 or less. i am trying. been sick the last few days which has slowed me down but i am still pushing

My stomach isnt 100% perfect but I like it and more to come on my changes in 1 1/2 months after my trip 2Jamaica. I will give you periodic updates about every month or so. please keep checking this video out. Thanks
