How can you get a six pack in two weeks? Not using this machine, muscle cannot physically grown in two weeks , you must be the dumbest person in business to put out a statement like that. This machine is good for someone who is dangerously obese, and needs to find a way of doing ab exersizes without doing an injury. Anybody with normal abdominal strength cannot feel a thing using this machine, be better doing normal crunches or sit ups.
