yes zakharova has a wonderful technique but her dance is more for soft ballets like giselle, la fille du pharon and even swan lake in that ballets zakharova is a princess but she's not my faovrite kitri and i go0tta admit osipova not always looks good in soft ballet but i think shes a charming sylphide a and is a very gorgeous ramze and in 2nd act of giselle is beautiful and in the peasaent pas de deux too and in contemporary work shes amazing please osipova is amazing in other thing

She's just great! She looks like she truly enjoys being on stage, not to mention that she seems to have energy to burn! She must be SO fit. Jealous :)

The Bolshoi performed Don Quixoti in Chapel Hill, NC of their 2009 tour with Natalia Osipova and Ivan Vasiliev the principal dancers and then the second night they presented Swan Lake. The Bolshoi is unbelievable and to see the dancers live is a thrill!

Zakharova and Osipova are physically so different that I think their technique is hard to compare. Each is pretty much a master in their own field.
