  • hey! ian is a soul searcher! we gain little in studying others than ourselves, know yourself, name yourself. everyone is a potential revolutionist by virtue of character uniqueness.

  • As a reader of your comment I think your very negative. Your just venting anger irrationally towards someone who just has different ideas from you. Why be negative when you can be positive? Think about that.

  • I agree with the concept of searching one's self in regards to philosophy. One has to ask questions about life in order to search for some answers. :)

  • Maybe the fact that we speak our fears to people create an impression or illusion to be less alone with our fears and more supported that make us relieved more than just uploading ours fears...

By the way I agree that we are "self perpetuated machines".

  • yes, but as long as philosophy doesn't bring concrete and real solutions to our lives... there's no point....

  • No that is rhetoric; as Montaigne says, making the small appear big and the big appear small. Philosophy is trying to find out what is sincere and honest; to pick the honest rhetoric out.

  • Tom Cruise couldn't of said it any better, Ian!

  • With philosophy you can explain that what is wrong is right and what is right is wrong... you can explain that nothing is everything and vice versa so finally where are the solutions with philosophy if you can give many differents opposites solutions that are all relevant with philosophy ?

Conclusion: philosophy is just an intellectual masturbation.

  • Philosophers, now????? Yet you will not name any great Philosophers???? You idiot... study ourselves makes us great Philosophers??? You are not WELL!!!!!! I do good because I do good, not to feel from it...but it is what we should do, stupid. You are a babbling idiot. Go Rebecca, not for IAN.

  • WTF? What is this? A stream-of-consciousness video? An impersonation of a schizophrenic person?
