hy,
for me also even at the neutral position swivels/rock back and forth an bit, i think it's the chairs design, once i go back to Ikea i will check the others on display to see if they do like this also.

Guys a questions: when elevate fully to the top and looked at neutral position, does it swivel/rock back and forth/side to side a bit?
