The only thing I can assert for sure is that this is not a tourbillon movement. It's definitely mechanic (i.e. not quartz) and most likely not Patek. It will probably fool most ordinary people.

@BoogieWithStew it's not quartz but the balance wheel is of lower frequency, cause the movement is cheap. it does look like a crappy timex automatic
