Cellulose insulation is blown in a moist state into an open stud cavity to provide excellent insulation as well as providing substantial accoustical protection. Visit www.ToolBase.org for more information on this and other home building technologies.

  • dont fuckin blow this wet shit in your house. the last thing you want is sopping wet newspaper in your walls. then it takes days to sheet rock? i do blown in cellulose and have dry wallers rsight behind me hangin

  • @JNBENY

I suspect either the cellulose was blown too wet OR the walls were sealed before the moisture content of the cellulose dropped enough. I believe that in humid weather it may take many days before you can drywall. However contractors want to get in/out and paid without delaying to allow this.

  • a disaster waiting to happen! wet cellulose has damaged 2 new homes I knew of.

  • What are the start up costs for this business. Can u make alot of money?
