Skyrim - Restoration - Quick, Fast, and Easy Leveling

REGENERATION (Perk in Restoration skill tree) WILL MAKE THIS EVEN EASIER (You won't even need to pull out of the storm except for Magicka regen). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING IT (It's practical too).

Location: Courtyard of Greybeards (High Hrothgar). Once entered, head up the flight of stairs immediately in front of you, and you will find the blizzard.

Notes: Equilibrium + Healing can be used anywhere - It takes more effort than the blizzard though. Also, I try to show what Perks I have to let this be possible - I recommend having Regeneration although I don't have it. It will make you take no damage at all. Dual casting is not required at all and I wouldn't even recommend it unless you really find a practical use for it. It was only a mistake that I went over it, apologies.

The spell Equilibrium is found in one of the dungeons during the College of Winterhold questline - Which is also where most of my equipment came from. My ring of minor magicka came from Riverwood, the girl named Camille I believe (The one Sven and the archer guy are into lol, I am so bad with names).

I am not sure if this storm/blizzard disappears or only comes up at certain times, but the time in game of recording this was the 3rd of Frostfall, 1:15 PM. Hope you guys find this helpful in leveling your Restoration skill!
